What are your opening hours?
We are open Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM. On Fridays, we are open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For emergencies, please contact us via WhatsApp.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling us at +971 6 556 3433, sending a WhatsApp message to +971 54 321 2111, or by visiting our Contact page to fill out the booking form.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept a wide range of insurance providers. Please contact us directly or visit our centre to verify if your insurance is accepted. These are the ones we accept: ADNIC, Al Khazna Insurance Company, Al-Buhaira National Insurance Co., Almadallah, Amity, AXA, Daman, Inayah TPA, MaxCare, Mednet, Metlife, MSH International, NAS, Neuron, Nextcare, NGI, Oman Insurance Company, PentaCare, SAICO, Vidal Health, WAPMED TPA, Whealth International.
What specialities do you offer?
We offer Obstetrics & Gynecology (including IVF), Dermatology, Dentistry, General Surgery, Pediatrics, and Laboratory services with state-of-the-art equipment.
Where are you located?
We are located on the 6th Floor, Al Durrah Tower, Sharjah, UAE. You can find us easily via Google Maps.
Do I need a referral to see a specialist?
No referral is needed. You can directly book an appointment with any of our specialists.
What languages do your doctors speak?
Our medical team speaks Arabic and English fluently, ensuring clear communication with all our patients.
Do you offer emergency services?
We are not an emergency center, but we have services for non-life-threatening emergencies. For true emergencies, please go to the nearest hospital.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. We also accept payment through approved insurance companies.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by phone or WhatsApp. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
